Dona and Beth run Fibonacci Sequins which is an amazing blog tailored towards showcasing the diversity and personal style of people in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). As some of you may or may not know – I work as a program manager at Microsoft by day, which is where I met these two lovely ladies. I’m so inspired by their blog, and its mission so when they asked me to do a photo shoot with them, I was beyond thrilled and honored.
There’s an indie neighborhood Cafe in Seattle called Preserve and Gather, and it’s such a warm ray of sunshine with a touch of minimalism. I love everything about it! The decor, the cheerful, light and airy ambiance, plus they have the best ham and ham biscuits! We chose this location for the shoot, and spent the morning catching up, eating good food, and laughing a little too hard. Shout out to Dona for the modeling tips and to Beth for the superb photography. <3
